Help define how AI Assistants work in enterprise pricing
Pricing teams have used AI for years. Bringing an enterprise-approved assistant directly into that work is new, and important questions still need to be answered: where it creates the most value, what it should be allowed to do with pricing data, and what guardrails enterprises need to use it responsibly.
The Early Adopter Program begins in October 2026 with a small group of Pricefx customers. Participants will get early access and work directly with our product team, using their own pricing data to explore those questions in practice. What we learn together becomes the starting point for everyone who follows in early 2027.
Inside the program
-
Who should apply
Pricefx customers, live in production, whose company already approved an enterprise AI assistant or is close to it. You should have real pricing work you want to explore and be able to bring your security and legal colleagues into the conversation. Just as important, applicants should bring the curiosity and commitment to co-innovate with us, not simply a desire for early access.
-
What you can expect, and what we ask
Participants get early access ahead of general availability, direct access to the Pricefx team, support navigating security and legal review, and a voice in how our BYO AI assistant strategy evolves.
In return, we ask for a named sponsor, a modest amount of your team’s time, candid feedback on what works and what does not, and a willingness to share agreed learnings publicly. Full details will be confirmed before the program begins.
-
What happens after you apply
Every application is reviewed individually. If it looks like a fit, we will set up a short conversation to understand what you want to explore and make sure the program is a good fit on both sides. Selected participants start in October 2026.

How the BYO AI assistant connection works
We connect your Pricefx environment to your approved AI assistant through the Model Context Protocol, an open standard for connecting AI assistants to business software. This means your chosen AI assistant, such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT, works with live pricing models rather than exported files. The assistant can examine how pricing actually works inside your environment: the configured optimization models, the logic behind a recommendation, and the relationships among customers, products, and quotes.
Because the connection uses an open standard rather than a proprietary integration, there is no new assistant to roll out and no AI strategy to rethink. If your company’s preferred assistant changes over time, Pricefx can adapt with it.
Extend AI without handing over the decision
Pricefx remains the governed foundation. The assistant can read information and prepare drafts, but it cannot publish, approve, or change a price. Access is bounded by each user’s permissions, and drafts move through the same human approval process your team uses today. Your organization can extend an assistant it already trusts into pricing work, without giving it decision authority.

"Bringing in an assistant people already trust is the easy part. Keeping the pricing logic, the governance, and the accountability exactly where they belong is the part that makes it work in an enterprise."
